1. Returns Eligibility

Products may be returned within a reasonable period from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase are included
  • The product is not physically damaged or altered

Returns may be subject to inspection and approval before a refund or exchange is processed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Software, licenses, and digital products
  • Special-order or custom-built items
  • Consumables such as ink cartridges, toner, cables, batteries, and opened accessories
  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, power surges, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs

3. Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is faulty or defective, customers should notify us as soon as possible. Products may be repaired, replaced, or referred to the manufacturer’s warranty process depending on the nature of the issue and supplier policies.

4. Repairs & Service Work

  • Diagnostic and repair fees may be non-refundable once technical work has started.
  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices for repairs or upgrades.
  • Eshu-Tech Computers is not responsible for loss of data during repair or maintenance processes.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds may be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, or suppliers.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for eligible products subject to stock availability.

7. Collection & Delivery Costs

Delivery, courier, installation, or collection fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

8. Warranty Claims

Products covered by manufacturer warranties will follow the manufacturer’s warranty terms and procedures. Warranty claims may require testing and assessment before approval.
